Caroline Miranda — UX Leader · Research & Product Design · Berlin

I build UX capability where none exists.

For 13 years I’ve worked where design is hardest to do: industrial products, complex B2B platforms, and engineering cultures that have never worked with a designer before. I turn skepticism into evidence, evidence into decisions, and decisions into products people can actually use.

Currently leading UX for Continental’s global fleet-management platform, from Berlin.

Zero-to-one

UX leader

I built Continental's entire UX practice from scratch — first design system, research operations, and a multidisciplinary team I hired and mentored into existence.

Formation

Researcher

My research practice is grounded in formal training: a Master's degree with an anthropological lens and real fieldwork experience, complemented by an MBA in Data Science & Analytics for the quantitative side of evidence.

Craft

Designer

I started in art direction and graphic design in 2008. The visual foundation never left: I lead research and hold the quality bar on what ships.

Range

Fluent in complexity

B2B SaaS, IoT hardware, embedded automotive systems, and financial products — from traditional banks to digital-first players. Currently on a platform running across Europe, the Americas, and APAC: the messier the ecosystem, the more useful I am.
